Ingredients:
500g Ricotta Cheese
284g Strawberry Jam (not conserve)
3 Puff Pastry Sheets
1 Egg
Fresh Strawberries
Flaked Almonds
Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Combine strawberry jam and ricotta cheese

Until it forms an even mixture

Sprinkle brown sugar on a board

Lay a pastry sheet on to the brown sugar

Evenly spread the ricotta mixture, leaving plenty room on the edges for folding

Fold corners in, leaving a small opening

Cover opening with sliced strawberries

Brush with egg mixture

Sprinkle with flaked almonds and brown sugar

Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown

Sprinkle with icing sugar
