Strawberry Ricotta Puff Pastry


















Ingredients:

500g Ricotta Cheese
284g Strawberry Jam (not conserve)
3 Puff Pastry Sheets

1 Egg
Fresh Strawberries
Flaked Almonds
Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Combine strawberry jam and ricotta cheese
Until it forms an even mixtureSprinkle brown sugar on a boardLay a pastry sheet on to the brown sugar
Evenly spread the ricotta mixture, leaving plenty room on the edges for folding
Fold corners in, leaving a small openingCover opening with sliced strawberriesBrush with egg mixtureSprinkle with flaked almonds and brown sugarCook for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brownSprinkle with icing sugar
